Until 2006, Eng. Masood Gheyath served as the Head of the Architectural Checking Unit in the Building Permit Section at Dubai Municipality. With a background in a prosperous family construction business, these years have provided him with extensive networking, profound industry knowledge, practical managerial experience, and a persistent vision to establish one of the most professional and reputable Property Management companies in the UAE.
Motivated by a strong desire for innovation and a deeper passion for engineering and real estate industry, Eng. Masood Gheyath along with Mr. Shabeer Pareed, founded So Living Property Management as a culmination of years of hard work and acquired expertise.
He currently holds the position of Managing Director of So Living Property Management, a leading property management company in the UAE. He is also the Managing Director at Ginco General Contracting L.L.C, a leading contracting company in the UAE, established in 1975.
